📱 App Usage Rules

TexamBuddy is a mobile application providing educational content, mock tests, job alerts, and study materials for Telangana government exam aspirants. By using the app, you agree to the following usage rules:

Violation of these usage rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

🙋 User Responsibilities

As a user of TexamBuddy, you are responsible for:

• Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate Information: Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keeping it updated.
• Device Compatibility: Ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements to run TexamBuddy smoothly.
• Internet Connectivity: Maintaining adequate internet connectivity for content that requires online access.
• Lawful Use: Using TexamBuddy only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• Reporting Issues: Promptly reporting any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach to texambuddy@gmail.com.
• Compliance with Exam Rules: Adhering to official government exam rules and regulations. TexamBuddy is a preparation tool only.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to exam outcomes, career decisions, or reliance on content provided in the app.

📋 Content Disclaimer

TexamBuddy provides a variety of educational content including mock tests, previous year question papers, study notes, current affairs, and job notifications. Regarding this content:

• Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current.
• Previous Year Papers: Question papers are sourced from publicly available resources and compiled for educational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness.
• Current Affairs & News: News and current affairs content is updated regularly but may not reflect real-time information.
• Syllabus Information: Exam syllabi and patterns may change as announced by official authorities. Always verify with official sources.
• Mock Tests: Mock test scores and rankings are for self-assessment purposes only and do not predict actual exam performance.

TexamBuddy shall not be held responsible for any action taken by a user based solely on information provided in the app without verification from official sources.

💎 Subscription Terms

TexamBuddy offers free and premium subscription tiers. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to the following:

Subscription Plans

• Subscription plans, pricing, and features are displayed within the app and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Premium subscriptions unlock full access to mock tests, previous year papers, offline downloads, and ad-free experience.

Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple In-App Purchases (iOS).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.

Refunds

• Refund requests are handled by Google Play Store and Apple App Store respectively, in accordance with their refund policies.
• We do not directly process refunds. Please contact Google Play or Apple support for billing disputes.
• Unused subscription days are not refundable upon account cancellation.

Free Trial

• Where a free trial is offered, it will be clearly communicated within the app.
• If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.

All content, features, and functionality within TexamBuddy are owned by [Your Company Name] or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• The TexamBuddy name, logo, and branding.
• App design, user interface, and user experience.
• Original study materials, notes, and explanations created by our team.

• App code, architecture, and technical implementation.
• All graphics, icons, animations, and visual elements.

What You May Do:

• Access and use content within the app for your personal study purposes.
• Share screenshots of content on social media for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
• Download study materials within the app for offline personal use (premium feature).

What You May Not Do:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute app content without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on TexamBuddy content.
• Use TexamBuddy's branding or name for commercial purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Sell, sublicense, or transfer access to any part of the app.

Previous year question papers that are in the public domain are reproduced for educational purposes. If you believe any content violates your intellectual property rights, please contact us at texambuddy@gmail.com.

🚫 Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using TexamBuddy:

• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app, server, or database.
• Scraping & Automation: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to extract content from the app.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your premium account credentials with others to circumvent subscription fees.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages or to circumvent bans.
• Impersonation: Impersonating TexamBuddy, its employees, or other users.
• Harmful Content: Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Circumventing Security: Attempting to bypass any security measures, DRM protection, or access controls.
• Commercial Exploitation: Using the app or its content for commercial coaching, resale, or redistribution without written permission.
• False Information: Providing false or misleading information during registration or use of the app.
• Interference: Disrupting the normal operation of the app or servers in any way.

🚪 Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your TexamBuddy account at any time by:

• Using the "Delete Account" option in app settings.
• Contacting us at texambuddy@gmail.com with your account deletion request.

Upon account deletion, your access to premium content will end immediately. Active subscription fees will not be refunded for the unused period.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice or refund, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of your account.
• Required by law or a legal order.
• Your behavior is harmful to the app, other users, or our team.
• We discontinue the TexamBuddy service (with reasonable advance notice).

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to all TexamBuddy content will be revoked immediately.
• Your account data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
• Any outstanding subscription will not be refunded.
• Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitations of liability) shall continue in effect.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

If you find a broken or harmful external link in our app, please report it to texambuddy@gmail.com so we can remove or update it promptly.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TexamBuddy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

• Consumer rights are governed by applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of TexamBuddy to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TexamBuddy regarding the use of the app and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
